Reservations can be requested online or by calling our office. We ask that all necessary forms be completed prior to appointment.
Please respect our scheduling by keeping appointments or if necessary to reschedule or cancel a 24 hour notice is required. All appointments must be reserved with a valid credit card and if no notice is given will result in a $50 fee.
We accept the following methods of payment Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, cash or check. Payment is expected at the time of service. We also offer Cherry Financing with 0% interest available *to those that qualify. Gratuity is not customary for services performed by medical professionals.
